“I am excited about the Madewell sale on Black Friday. They always have the best steals. I typically buy all of my jeans for the next year on Black Friday because you get the sale price plus the student discount on top of that! It is a nice splurge for a new wardrobe at about half the price.”

Mae Rodgers
“I always love TopShop and Steve Madden for Black Friday! They have great sales on the items I have been eyeing all year.”

Gracie Wiener
“I am not one to leave the house to go shopping on Black Friday, but love Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday. It is so important to support both local and small businesses during the holidays! Definitely, go out and see what is happening in your city or online with your favorite small brands. For Cyber Monday, I suggest subscribing to email lists to get updates on the best sales and also using Ebates. You basically make money while shopping, which can justify those new heels, right?”

Suzanna Schultz
“Rebecca Taylor and Reformation have great Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales! I also suggest setting a budget for yourself and sticking to it, so you don’t go crazy. Additionally, you don’t have to wait to shop! Many sales now start before Thanksgiving. You can also start planning your shopping by checking out Refinery29’s awesome Best Cyber Monday Sale list.”

Stephanie Rothney
“I am definitely most excited about online sales, especially Revolve. It is nice to be able to avoid all the craziness in stores and get after the deals from the comfort of my bed. I always like to give myself a solid chunk of time in the morning to scout out the websites and buy products before they are sold out!”

Grace Jarrett
“When shopping online, keep on the lookout for things you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart ahead of time!”

Betsy Mann
“Shop small: sometimes you’ll find better deals and more items in stock if you visit local boutiques rather than the mass merchandisers!”

Happy Thanksgiving and happy shopping to all!
