NYFW Top Ten Moments

This New York Fashion Week has been a nonstop whirlwind. Every day has been full of invigorating fashion and eye-grabbing news, so much so that it’s hard to keep up!

Here are my personal top 10 moments from the past week.

#1: When glitter and shimmer took over at Zimmermann, Saint Laurent, and Rachel Zoe:

#2: When Diane von Furstenberg’s dance party presentation/show gave everyone serious #squadgoals.

#3: And then there was Yeezy. Khloe brought Lamar, Anna Wintour sat with Kim, Kanye premiered Life of Pablo. Cue the media storm.

#4: Gigi absolutely killed the Tommy Hilfiger maritime show.

#5: Alexander Wang’s rebellious show was a breath of fresh, creative air. I would vote this collection “most likely to be worn by street-style rockers around the world.”

#6: If you didn’t know, Fenty is Rihanna’s last name. The long-awaited premiere of Rihanna’s collection with Puma did not disappoint. (And yes, I know a lot of my top ten have to do with Gigi Hadid.)

#7: Keeping up with the front rows was honestly just as entertaining as watching the shows themselves.

#8: I couldn’t stop admiring this year’s bold beauty looks – Derek Lam and Jason Wu, especially.

#9: Designers provided date-night, romantic inspiration over Valentine’s Day weekend.
