How are you feeling these days?
Good! Starting to get that seasonal exam stress, but working hard and eager to get to my summer project plans.

I don’t feel guilty about any of my pleasures. With the exception of Flaming Hot Cheetos, but probably because I’m incapable of eating anything less than a bag at a time.

Tiramisu.

Everyone grows up at different paces. You’ll find your people. And grow out your bangs!!!
Where do you go when you need to be alone?
Bed, or for a walk.
What do you find yourself doing a lot of these days?
Designing, thankfully! Fell into a bit of a design rut after my last collection, but thankful to be feeling more inspired each day.
What is your current obsession?
Film photography vlogs on YouTube.
What do you love most about your hometown?
I’ve grown up moving pretty frequently my entire life, so I don’t have a “hometown” so to speak; however, I’m currently living in Central Florida, and I’ve gotta say, the proximity to theme parks and attractions has been very entertaining these last few years.
What do you love the most about Wake Forest?
The Art and German Departments! Love my departmental families so much.
What is one thing you could never live without?
Art.
What is your favorite season?
Fall
What is your biggest pet peeve?
Poor communication or passive aggressiveness… or when the bobbin runs out right in the middle of a sewing project.
Who is the most fashionable woman that you know?
Zendaya, Cher, Grace Kelly. I don’t actually know them, but they are icons.
What is your favorite exercise?
I prefer team sports to individual workouts. Basketball, pls!

What is your first memory in life?
Not my first, but most of my favorite early memories are my family trips to Disney World. The best family time when all 5 of us were together.

Do what you want! Don’t give your energy to unsupportive people!

We’ve been on quite the Criminal Minds bender in my house this quarantine.

Easy conversation and comfort.

When I’m in a pair of well-tailored, statement pants.

I think it was Meghan Trainor around early high school? I just know that I’ll always regret it not being Big Time Rush.

Atelier.
What’s the thing you are most excited for in life right now?
I’m really excited to get back into a social routine once things return to normal and the world gets healthier. I have so many creative project ideas that I’m dying to get into-- sewing! street photography! painting! my stArt gallery exhibition!

I’ve been drinking so much kombucha lately.

It has always been my dream to be on Jeopardy! But Friends and New Girl are also crowd favorites.

Always wished I could read minds (but until that happens, let’s use our words, people!)

Spent the summer in Berlin by myself and routinely asked strangers if I could take their portrait.

When Phineas and Ferb said “Bow chicka wow wow”... I felt that.

A cartwheel.
